About Jacob Roberson

Broadly, my work helps to highlight the nuances in popular theories and phenomena when applied to diverse groups and contexts.
-
Theoretically, I explore how identity and cultural narratives uniquely shape traits and outcomes (such as psychological entitlement, perceived discrimination, or work expectations) for different groups.
-
Empirically, I use said theory to examine the downstream consequences of divergent manifestations or embodiments of these traits and phenomena.
