About Jacob Roberson

I explore how identity, ideology, and cultural narratives uniquely shape traits, expectations, and behaviors of people from different groups and backgrounds. I also explore how organizational culture and organizational framing impact stakeholder sentiment and behavior. 

Research Interests

Primary: DEI (diversity, equity, & inclusion), identity, psychological entitlement, cultural narratives, discrimination and belonging

Secondary: generational differences, student athletes, sociology of sport
